One-Arm Reverse Fly: Chop
			
		In toe-lunge stance, same 
arm as front leg across body 
holding tubing over opposite 
shoulder. Pull arm out and 
toward floor diagonally, 
rotating entire body down. 
Repeat with same arm, feet 
switched. 
Repeat sequence 
with other arm. 
Do ____ repetitions, 
____ sets. 
Anchor high, behind
